Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, class pack, introductory offer, or attending classes at our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or in the studio. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
Introductory Offers

Our introductory offers are available to new clients only.
Introductory offers are valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Introductory offers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended due to change of mind, injury, illness, holidays, or any other reason unless required by law.
Only one introductory offer is permitted per person.
If we identify that a client has purchased multiple introductory offers under different accounts or through any other means, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or cancel the offer immediately;
Charge the difference between the introductory offer and the applicable casual class rate or membership fee; and/or
Refuse future promotional offers.
Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships commence on the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
Class packs are non-transferable and valid for the expiry period stated at purchase.
Unused classes will expire after the validity period unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
A two-week rollover is available for unused class credits. Members must email us to request the rollover before the end of their current membership period.
Memberships and class packs are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
All payments must be made via a valid debit card or credit card.
By providing your payment details, you authorise us to process recurring membership payments where applicable.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current.
Failed or declined payments may incur an administration fee.
If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or cancel your membership;
Refuse entry to classes until outstanding amounts are paid;
Recover any outstanding fees.

Payments
Bookings are available through our booking system.
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.
If a place becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class. This means that you are committed to attending the class.
Once added from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy applies.
It is the client's responsibility to monitor their booking status.

Credit-Based Memberships & Class Packs
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to retain the class credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of class commencement will incur a loss of credit.
Unlimited Memberships
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to retain the class credit.

These policies ensure fair access to classes for all members.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class.
For safety reasons:
Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter class.
Missed classes due to late arrival are treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Studio Attendance
Clients under the age of 18 must:
Have written consent from a parent or legal guardian; and
Complete all required waiver documentation before attending classes.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance if appropriate consent has not been provided.

Age Policy
Pregnant clients must advise the studio prior to attending classes.
We recommend obtaining medical clearance before participating.

Pregnancy
Membership suspensions may be available subject to studio approval.
Suspension requests must be submitted 7 days in advance via email.
Maximum suspension period: 6 weeks per calendar year unless under special circumstances
Membership payments will resume automatically at the end of the suspension period.
Introductory offers and class packs cannot be suspended.

Suspension of Membership
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in Pilates classes.
You agree to:
Inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations before each class.
Follow all instructor directions.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort.
Participation is at your own risk.

Health & Medical Conditions
Studio Etiquette & Code of Conduct

To maintain a welcoming environment, clients agree to:
Treat staff and fellow members with respect.
Follow instructor directions.
Wear suitable workout attire and grip socks where required.
Use equipment safely and responsibly.
Return equipment after use.
Refrain from abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
Keep mobile phones on silent during class.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.
While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe training environment, participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent risks.
By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept that:
You voluntarily participate in all activities.
You understand the risks of injury associated with exercise.
You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio, its owners, employees and instructors shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss resulting from participation in classes or use of studio facilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability & Assumption of Risk
Photography and video recording within the studio are not permitted without prior written consent from Elite Studio Pilates management.
Elite Studio Pilates may photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to be included must notify staff in advance.

Photography & Recording
Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your membership and class bookings.
Elite Studio Pilates does not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the studio directly.

Privacy Policy
Elite Studio Pilates reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or notice at the studio.
Continued use of the studio's services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
